Youth Programs
The Recreation Department sponsors, co-sponsors, or is affiliated with the following sports programs:
Rec. Basketball

Online Registration opens September 18th.  Registration will be closed November 15th, no exceptions.  The program is open to residents from Grades K-8.

Boys/Girls Kdg., 1st & 2nd Gr. Clinic will take place on Saturday mornings at the Brooklake Gym.  Clinic begin Jan. 6th and run through February 24th (No Clinic on Feb 17th).  Cost – $70

Boys/Girls 3/4th Gr. teams will practice 1-2 times per week and games are usually played on weekends against other teams from Florham Park, Hanover Twp., and Morris Plains.  Practices will begin in December and games will begin on Jan. 6th and end on March 9th (No Games on Feb. 17th).  All practices will take place at the Brooklake Gym.  Cost – $100

Adult Programs
Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Court

The Tennis/Pickleball Courts are currently open.  Reservations are not accepted, play is on a first-come first-served basis.  Please be respectful of those waiting to use the courts.  Play is limited to 1-hour if there are people waiting to play.  Private Instruction (other than formal Rec. sponsored programs) is NOT allowed.

Beginning Sept. 1st, Tennis Badges will begin being issued at the cost of $5 and are for Florham Park residents only.  On Sept. 15th, the courts will be locked and only those with Badges will be able to gain entry.  One guest per person will be allowed.  Badges will be issued at the Rec. Office at the Community Center.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Rec. office by phone or email.

Pilates

The Recreation Department is offering Pilates at the Community Center on Mondays beginning April 4th, 2022.  The cost of the program (10 sessions) is $100.  You can register online through your Community Pass account.

Ski Club

See Ms. Krno at RMS for web access to sign up for Ski Club.   Transportation costs can be paid through your Community Pass account.   Please do not pay for transportation until you have signed up for a ski package with Ms. Krno

Millburn Golf Course Memberships

The Florham Park Rec. Dept., in cooperation with the Millburn Township Recreation Department is offering a limited number of Millburn Par 3 Golf Memberships to Florham Park residents, age 13 and older.

The 9 hole, Par 3 tree lined course is located at 335 White Oak Ridge Rd. in Short Hills, NJ and registration begins Feb. 16 with the scheduled golf course opening day set for April 1st.  Registration this year for new or returning members will be with Community Pass, Millburn’s online registration program at:

In order to register online, you must have a photo on file or upload a photo to your Community Pass Account.  You may bring up to two guests per round and unlimited ($180) and limited ($99) memberships are available as well as a special ($99) unlimited membership for youth ages 13-17.   Unlimited members may play any day, any time and limited member play is restricted to Tues.-Fri., between 10 am and 2 pm.

Recreation Activities for Disabled Residents

The Florham Park Recreation Department is a member of the Morris County Adaptive Recreation Program (McARP), sponsored by the ARC of Morris County. It provides recreational services for persons of all ages with disabilities. McARP gives Florham Park residents opportunities to explore new leisure time skills in conjunction with their age and ability. To learn about available services, call McARP at (973) 455-1288.
