The Zoning Board of Adjustment handles “C” Variance and “D” Variance applications for non-permitted uses as defined by local Borough Ordinance.
The Board consists of seven (7) regular members and two (2) alternate members.
Zoning Board of Adjustment meetings are typically held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month and begin at 6:30 p.m. Check the website calendar for the most updated schedule.
Alternates:
The Planning Board reviews subdivision and site plan applications as well as site plan waiver applications for non-residential uses. They also review the Master Plan and review zoning ordinances of the Governing Body.
